Job summary

Innova Digital Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Lead to oversee testing efforts in Singapore. You will guide test planning, execute functional tests, manage defects, and report progress across Agile and Waterfall projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of team management experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication to coordinate with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with team management.
• Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test is a plus.
• Team management experience is plus.
• Understands SDLC in Waterfall or Agile projects.
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.
• Ability to adapt to workload and multitask with attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
