Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd seeks a System Integration Lead in Singapore to coordinate end-to-end integration across multiple platforms. Plan, test, and deliver integration projects with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth deployments.

You will apply strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and SDLC knowledge while maintaining thorough technical documentation and supporting post-launch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in system engineering, system integration, or related technical role.
• Experience managing or supporting complex technology implementation projects.
• Good understanding of system development lifecycles and integration methodologies.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in preparing technical documentation and project reports.
• Familiarity with large-scale or mission-critical systems will be an advantage.
