Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an ERP administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of ERP systems and business applications in a busy manufacturing setting.

You will manage daily operations, control access and configurations, and support end-to-end software implementations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Experience in system administration, ERP support, or application management is preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP modules including Accounting, SCM, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Experience in project management and software implementation is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced business environment.

Job description

• Responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, and support of ERP systems and business applications.

• Manage daily ERP and application operations, including user access, role assignments, system configuration, and data migration.

• Lead or support end-to-end software implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, training materials, and operational reports.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Prefer 3 years’ experience in system administration, ERP support, or application management.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, including Accounting (GL, AP/AR),Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.

• Experience in project management and software implementation is an advantage.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities; resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
