Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Operations professional to administer and govern enterprise IT systems, with focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

You will provide Level-2 support for internal and external requests, maintain asset inventories and licenses, analyze operational trends, and participate in product evaluation and market research; you will also lead or support technology-led projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations and governance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience with asset management and software licensing.

Responsibilities

• Operational administration and governance of IT systems and M365 environments.
• Support Azure services and vendor managed AVD deployments.
• Level-2 support for internal/external requests and issue resolutions.
