Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in plant operations and project management in manufacturing or environmental sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO14001, ISO 9001 and BizSAFE advantageous.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in plant operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH requirements and environmental/quality standards.
• Implement safety programmes, risk assessments, and emergency response measures.
• Lead workplace incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Build and lead a strong safety-focused team and foster continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with government authorities, contractors, consultants, suppliers and senior management.
• Oversee development, commissioning and ongoing operations of the new facility.
