CROWN EMPIRE PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a sushi chef with a passion for Japanese or Japanese fusion cuisine to operate in an advanced, high-tech F&B kitchen space with self-order and self-serve concepts.

You will receive hands-on training to prepare, assemble, and expedite orders in a fast-paced environment where modern technology meets culinary execution. The role is based at Raffles Place or Orchard Central, with a 5–6 day work week.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
• Experience in sushi or Japanese cuisine is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with washing, cutting, and preparing ingredients.
• Monitor orders from self-order kiosks and assemble dishes for self-serve pickup.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
