Qualifications

• 10 years of Sushi experience (Fine dining-preferred).
• Deep knowledge of traditional Japanese sushi preparation.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of food hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present sushi dishes (nigiri, maki, sashimi, etc.) to the highest standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen.
• Manage inventory and ensure freshness of fish and other ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on seasonal menus.
• Interact with customers when necessary, explaining dishes or making recommendations.
