Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a structured Trainer to support a large-scale client project. You will deliver engaging virtual and classroom training that equips staff with the skills to perform data collection and stakeholder engagement with professionalism and accuracy.

You will translate procedures and service standards into impactful learning experiences, ensuring content remains aligned with business requirements while collaborating with Operations, Project Management, and Quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training delivery or related field.
• ACTA or ACLP certification is mandatory.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience delivering both virtual and face-to-face training.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to develop training materials and resources.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programmes covering survey products, systems, procedures, and service standards.
• Facilitate engaging sessions for diverse audience sizes in virtual and classroom formats.
• Develop and update learner-centric materials, guides, and assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Quality teams to reflect current workflows.
• Maintain version-controlled training materials and records for audit compliance.
• Assess trainee performance and provide follow-up coaching.
• Create refresher training and quick reference guides.
• Provide recommendations for training improvements based on feedback.
