Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a structured Survey Trainer to deliver both virtual and classroom-based training for a large-scale client project in Singapore.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree, minimum 2 years of training-related experience, ACTA or ACLP certification, and strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams; you will develop learning materials, assess learners and ensure professional, accurate communications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, customer service or contact centre operations
• ACTA or ACLP certification is required
• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills
• Comfortable conducting both virtual and classroom-based training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training on survey products, systems, service expectations and communication handling across common scenarios
• Facilitate training sessions across different formats and group sizes, including large-scale virtual sessions
• Translate procedures and policy documents into learner-friendly training materials and assessments
• Work closely with operations, project and quality teams to ensure training content remains aligned with current workflows, case trends and operational feedback
• Develop and maintain version-controlled training materials in accordance with internal templates and documentation standards
• Assess trainee understanding through assessments, feedback and follow-up sessions
• Develop refresher training content such as summary guides, learning modules and case-based learning materials
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with internal protocols and review processes
