Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Survey Interviewer in Singapore to build and maintain client relationships while conducting information gathering through outreach methods.

You will actively reach out to potential clients via phone calls and site visits, ensure KPI targets are met, and identify new survey opportunities through research and industry analysis. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential.

• Requires Diploma or Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Meticulous and detail oriented when handling sensitive data.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone and site visits to collect information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their needs.
• Meet KPI targets and develop new survey opportunities through research.
• Demonstrate knowledge of surveys and services to communicate value to respondents.
• Prepare and deliver survey services via calls, emails, and visits; collect and verify responses.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to improve services and survey strategies.
• Collaborate with team for cohesive client management and survey execution.
