Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking a Survey Interviewer in Singapore to build and maintain client relationships while conducting information gathering through outreach methods.

You will actively reach out to potential clients via phone calls and site visits, ensure KPI targets are met, and identify new survey opportunities through research and industry analysis. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential.

We are looking for a Survey Interviewer to build and maintain strong client relationships while conducting information gathering through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential clients via phone calls and/or site visits to conduct information gathering, depending on survey requirements
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
• Ensure assigned KPI targets are met
• Identify and develop new survey opportunities through research and industry analysis
• Demonstrate in depth knowledge of surveys and services to communicate value propositions to respondents
• Prepare and deliver survey services through phone calls, emails, and company visits, then collect, verify, and enter survey responses
• Gather and report customer feedback and industry insights to improve service quality and survey strategies
• Work closely with team members for a cohesive approach to client management and survey execution
• Maintain accurate and up to date data records
• Proficiency in HR practices is an added advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, or Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Meticulous and detail oriented, especially when handling sensitive data from respondents in managerial roles and above
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Confident, persuasive, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and assist survey participants effectively
• Prior experience in survey administration, market research, consultancy, customer service call centers, telemarketing, HR practices, corporate sales, or marketing is an advantage
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to achieve monthly KPIs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email communication, and internet browsing

Details:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm (44 hours per week)
• Annual Leave: 14 days per year
• Medical Benefits: Medical card provided
• Completion Bonus: 1 month salary upon completion of 12 months of service
• Attire: Office attire
• Salary: $3,000 basic + up to $100 KPI incentive (up to $3,100 gross per month)
