Job summary

WECRUIT Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Survey Lead to plan, coordinate and oversee survey activities across construction sites in Singapore. The role involves establishing control points, setting-out and ensuring data accuracy in line with drawings and project requirements.

You will liaise with clients and consultants, manage survey instruments, and support the production team with as-built drawings and setting-out information. Strong field experience and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and coordinate site surveying activities to support project execution and construction progress.
• Establish and verify survey control points, reference points and site levels in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Plan and coordinate daily surveying tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of work.
• Operate, maintain and check surveying instruments, including total stations and levelling instruments, to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Work closely with the production team to prepare shop drawings, as-built survey drawings and setting-out information as required.
• Carry out setting-out works and provide accurate survey data to support construction activities.
• Ensure all survey measurements, readings and records are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and project personnel on surveying matters.
• Conduct periodic site inspections to verify survey accuracy and support project quality control.
• Maintain proper survey records and report any discrepancies or technical issues to the relevant project personnel.
