Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking a vigilant frontline professional to maintain excellent guest relations while monitoring security areas. You will interact with guests professionally, relay information promptly, and uphold the company image across all channels.

The role includes operating the surveillance console, analyzing information from IT systems, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations. It requires flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Secondary graduate or better
• No experience required
• Be literate in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnights, and public holidays
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective relationship with Guests.
• Uphold a professional image in all dealings with customers, in person, by phone/radio, electronically, etc.
• Meet customers’ requirements by promptly relaying information accurately.
• Analyze information from information technology systems to evaluate sources and respond to identified situations.
• Operate the Central Monitoring/Communication Console to observe and analyze non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas.
• Survey Team Members/Customers activity from the Monitor Room and escalate illegal or suspicious activity as necessary.

Maintain an effective relationship with Guests.

• Maintain a professional image in all dealings with customers, in person, by telephone/radio, electronically, etc.
• Meet the customers’ requirements and expectations through the prompt and accurate relaying of information.

Work as part of a Team

• Work within a close working environment, in which Team Members may come from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Analyze information from information technology systems

• Evaluate and analyze information from multiple sources.
• Respond to situations identified through surveillance and computer analysis systems.

Operate Central Monitoring/Communication Console

• Observe and analyze non-gaming, gaming and cash handling areas using advanced surveillance and information technology systems in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Survey Team Members / Customers Activity from the Monitor Room

• Monitor Team Members in accordance with the company policies, internal controls, SOP’s and associated regulations.
• Monitor illegal or suspicious activity of Team Members and customers and escalating as necessary.
