Qualifications

• Valid security license/certification as required by local regulations.
• First Aid and Fire Emergency response is a plus.
• Proficiency in CCTV and security surveillance systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm under pressure with strong observational skills.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily security team activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, and suspicious activities; prepare reports.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems, access control, and other security equipment.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures for safety.
• Conduct security briefings and training for staff.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents.
• Provide a visible security presence and assist guests and colleagues as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing new security procedures and protocols.
