Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd seeks an vigilant Surveillance Officer to monitor casino operations, ensuring game integrity and guest safety. You will observe CCTV feeds, record incidents, and report findings for management review.

The role requires compliance with regulatory age limits and shift-work including nights, weekends, and public holidays. On-site position with rotating shifts and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older as per regulatory requirements.
• GCE N levels or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive surveillance through CCTV of all casino related operations to ensure the integrity of the games, the safety and security of our guests, team members and company assets are maintained.
• Investigate complaints/queries in a timely manner.
• Observe, record and report on all matters relating to the casino and surveillance operations.
• Conduct analytical reviews related to gaming operations and document findings for management review.
• Ensure the security of the gaming operations is maintained through the usage of Surveillance equipment and techniques.
• Carry out other assignments as directed by Management.
• Abide by the department’s policies and procedures at all times.
