Job summary

Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Casino Cage Supervisor to oversee cage operations, chip bank and collection functions during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service.

You will supervise casino cage staff, respond to customer inquiries, monitor financial transactions, and uphold regulatory requirements. Night, weekend and public holiday shifts are part of the role.

Candidates should have 21+ years, GCE N level, and prior supervisory experience in casino/cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old as per regulatory requirement.
• GCE N level or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory/management experience in casino cage or cash handling preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules and enforce policies.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights and public holidays.

Requirements

• Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
• Minimum GCE `N' level or an equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management position in a casino cage, banking or cash handling environment is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, manage work schedules, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
