Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a senior clinical operations professional to lead OT resource planning, analytics, and transformation initiatives in Singapore. The role focuses on improving theatre utilisation, capacity planning, and SOP-driven inventory governance.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in healthcare operations, experience in surgical services or perioperative workflows, and strong data analytics capabilities to move from retrospective reporting to proactive OT

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably with healthcare ops exposure.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience, ideally in surgical services or OT operations.

Responsibilities

• Support OT resource planning and day-to-day operations in theatres.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder planning to improve theatre utilisation and flow.
• Support initiatives to enhance access to care and surgical capacity.
• Maintain OT dashboards and senior management reports for key metrics.
• Translate insights into workplans, trackers and escalation where needed.
• Collaborate on inventory governance and SOP improvements for OT stores.
• Coordinate major OT development workstreams and infrastructure planning.
• Drive process reviews, value-stream mapping, and automation opportunities.
