Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for Change Management in a Pharma environment at Tuas. This 12-month contract offers a salary up to SGD 5,500/month, dependent on experience.

The role involves supporting supply chain operations, driving operational improvements, and managing changes through a formal Change Management System, with emphasis on documentation and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise leading end-to-end non-conformance investigations including root-cause analysis, CAPA development and comprehensive technical report writing.
• Hands-on experience managing and implementing changes through a formal Change Management System, including workflow coordination, impact assessment, documentation, approvals and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operations and project activities, aiding senior team members in driving continuous improvements.
• Assist in managing operational changes through the change management system with accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Prepare communication materials and training content under supervision of senior specialists.
• Participate in governance meetings, take notes, and track action items for timely follow-up.
• Assist in non-conformance investigations by gathering data and organizing evidence.
• Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant records and site quality documentation.
• Support preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous operational improvements.
• Assist in managing operational changes through the established change management system, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation of communication materials and training content under the direction of senior specialists.
• Participate in stakeholder and governance meetings, taking notes and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in supply chain non-conformance investigations by gathering data, organising evidence, and supporting documentation of findings.
• Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance, supporting the identification of interim containment actions.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant records and documentation in accordance with site quality standards.
• Support the preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
