Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, supply chain, or regulated environment.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder communication & training delivery.
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements, documentation practices and quality systems.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and organisational levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation & technical writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
