Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical or biologics manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading GMP investigations, including report writing and root cause analysis.
• Experience managing Change Controls through a formal Change Management System.
• Good understanding of GMP, deviations, CAPA and quality systems.
• Experience preparing GMP documentation and supporting audits or inspections.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investigations into supply chain non-conformances, including root cause analysis, report writing and CAPA implementation.
• Manage changes through the site's Change Management System, ensuring changes are implemented effectively and remain compliant.
• Assess the impact of non-conformances and recommend appropriate containment actions while investigations are ongoing.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and other departments to ensure investigations and changes are completed on time.
• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation to support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
• Develop communication and training materials to support operational changes.
• Coordinate stakeholders throughout change management activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Support continuous improvement projects across the Supply Chain function.
• Ensure investigations are completed within agreed timelines to minimise impact on product supply.
