MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a 12‑month pharma contract based in Tuas. The role supports supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous improvements.

The position involves change management, creating training materials, participating in governance meetings, and helping with non-conformance investigations while maintaining cGMP records and supporting regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous operational improvements.
• Assist in managing operational changes through the established change management system, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation of communication materials and training content under the direction of senior specialists.
• Participate in stakeholder and governance meetings, taking notes and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in supply chain non-conformance investigations by gathering data, organising evidence, and supporting documentation of findings.
• Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance, supporting the identification of interim containment actions.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant records and documentation in accordance with site quality standards.
• Support the preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.
