Job summary

AUX CLOUD COMMERCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring for an experienced supply chain professional to manage overseas orders, procurement, and logistics across Southeast Asia.

You will collaborate with factories, forwarders, and local suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and SOP compliance. The role requires English and Chinese fluency, 3+ years in overseas supply chain for home appliances, and strong negotiation and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of overseas supply chain experience in home appliance industry; Singapore trading companies preferred.
• Familiar with end-to-end processes of AC export orders, sea freight, customs clearance, and local procurement.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to work independently with overseas customers, forwarders, and suppliers.
• Strong capabilities in cost control, negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end overseas AC orders in Southeast Asia: negotiation, contracting, fulfillment, delivery; coordinate with factories to ensure on-time delivery and risk control.
• Source and procure local promotional materials in Singapore; manage cost, lead time, and quality; optimize procurement processes.
• Oversee sea freight (FCL/LCL) and forwarders; manage booking, customs, tracking, and clearance; handle exceptions and optimize costs.
• Develop replenishment plans based on forecasts; manage local inventory and minimize slow-moving stock.
• Maintain and evaluate factories, forwarders, and local suppliers; optimize supplier base.
• Establish and improve SOPs for order, procurement, and logistics; ensure trade and audit compliance.
• Work with HQ and sales teams on reconciliation, reporting, and supply chain support.
