Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced reporting and analytics leader to define the enterprise reporting architecture and standards across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. You will govern KPIs, rationalize reports, and partner with business stakeholders to ensure trusted data and scalable analytics.

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver insights, dashboards, and data models that power decision-making.

Qualifications

• Define enterprise reporting architecture, standards, and roadmap.
• Establish KPI governance and data governance with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of operational reports, analytics, and dashboards.
• Design reusable CDS Views, BW models, and Datasphere semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise reporting architecture across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data governance with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design and develop reusable CDS Views and BW models to support a single source of truth.
• Drive testing, deployment, and adoption of reporting solutions, including training.
