Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior reporting lead to shape and govern our enterprise analytics architecture. You will define standards across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC.

You will deliver operational reports and executive dashboards, design reusable data models, and drive adoption through training and hyper-care support. Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Define enterprise reporting architecture, standards and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC.
• Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of operational reports, analytics and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models to support a single source of truth.
• Leverage SAP reporting tools to deliver scalable high‑quality reporting solutions.
• Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption and hyper care support.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT.

Responsibilities
