Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Reporting Lead to steer enterprise reporting and analytics across SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. You will drive design, standardization, and delivery of scalable reporting across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere and SAC, establishing governance and a trusted data model.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting adoption, and ensure a single source of truth across functions and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise reporting across SAP transformation programs.
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise reporting architecture, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance with business stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards to meet business needs and standards.
• Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, and Datasphere semantic models to support a trusted data source.
• Deliver scalable reporting solutions using SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
• Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT for successful delivery.
