Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior SAP Reporting Lead to shape enterprise reporting architecture, govern KPI standards, and deliver scalable analytics across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive adoption of reporting standards across markets.

Qualifications

Experience in SAP S/4HANA, with reporting lead experience being essential.
Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with enterprise reporting, KPI governance, and data models.
Ability to lead reporting delivery across multiple functions, markets, or countries.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise reporting architecture, strategy, standards, and roadmap across SAP Fiori, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
Establish standardized KPIs, reporting frameworks, report rationalization, and data governance in partnership with business stakeholders.
Lead the delivery of operational reports, analytics, and executive dashboards aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
Design and develop reusable CDS Views, BW models, Datasphere semantic models, and trusted business data products to support a source of truth.
Leverage SAP Reporting & Analytics to deliver scalable reporting solutions across SAP Fiori, embedded analytics, CDS Views, BW/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC.
Drive testing, deployment, performance optimization, user training, adoption, and hyper care support to ensure sustainable reporting solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful delivery of reporting and analytics initiatives.
