Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton is seeking a Supply Chain & Purchasing Solutions Manager to secure and optimize platform solutions across APAC. You will drive roadmap, oversee platform delivery, and coordinate cross-functional teams with a focus on Procure To Pay and Order to Cash evolutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems or Computing.
• 7+ years of project management experience in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of Source To Pay processes including Procure To Pay.
• Very good knowledge of SAP MM and SAP Ariba; procurement tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define a clear APAC roadmap and platform strategy aligned with Supply Chain & Purchasing needs.
• Coordinate platform delivery, including testing, data migrations, and production deployments.
• Lead platform governance with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, quality releases.
• Manage data visualization requests (e.g., Power BI) and translate them into actionable work plans for APAC.
• Collaborate with local IT teams, APAC stakeholders, and vendors to deliver evolutions in Procure To Pay and Order To Cash.

We're thrilled to announce the opening for Supply Chain & Purchasing Solutions Manager, responsible for securing and optimizing the delivery of solutions and evolutionary maintenance for the Supply Chain & Purchasing platform across APAC. The role covers POSM Management, Purchasing, Supply, and Order to Cash evolutions in collaboration with local IT teams, Hennessy, and APAC stakeholders. You will coordinate activities from design through to production, ensuring robust stakeholder engagement, adoption of best practices, and high-quality delivery of platform solutions.

Job responsabilities

How you will contribute…

Roadmap, Strategy and Platform Delivery

• Define a clear APAC roadmap and strategy for the platform, in line with the needs of the Supply Chain and Purchasing domain and other platforms.
• Articulate and align APAC demands vs Global roadmaps.
• Identify needs for new technologies and innovation, identify new solutions, and develop them for APAC markets.

Platform Management

• Lead the implementation of new functionalities or the Core model of the platform by planning activities, managing risks and dependencies in collaboration with the functional architect and global owners of the platform.
• Prepare and facilitate the arbitration of evolution requests by Business Process Owners within scope of responsibility.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders (internal or external) involved in the delivery of new functionalities (including for the Build-to-Run transition).
• Coordinate specification work and gap analysis between business/technical requirements and existing functionalities.
• Supervise and validate detailed specifications for any platform development/configuration.
• Provide expertise for solutions(e.g. RPA and AI) outside the platform.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities and all data migrations, sign and validate the test document.
• Execute functional and technical controls in production and coordinate production deployment tasks.

Data Visualisation and Scope

• Manage external resources within the APAC Data squad for APAC data and visualisation requirements, including Power BI.
• Coordinate requests from stakeholders on data and visualisation requirements and translate them into clear work plans for the APAC Data squad.
• Cover the Source To Pay domain, including Procure To Pay, POSM management, and evolutions in the Order to Cash domain for Hennessy and APAC proximities.
• Support all Moët Hennessy houses and distribution subsidiaries within the scope of POSM management and Source To Pay.

• At least 7 years of project management experience in a functional IT environment.
• Excellent understanding of business processes in Source To Pay, including Procure To Pay.
• Very good knowledge of SAP MM and SAP Ariba solutions; knowledge of Procurement tools would be a plus.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, release management, test management, and technical documentation skills.
• Organized, rigorous, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional teams in a constantly evolving environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in English.
