Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-minded professional to handle order processing, verify details, and coordinate with warehouses and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with procedures, and collaboration across teams.

The candidate will work closely with Customer Service and Warehouse teams, supporting inventory checks and daily operations. Prior ERP/SAP exposure is advantageous and a Diploma or Degree is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in order processing, fulfilment, customer service, or logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with OMS, SAP, or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with procedures and SLAs.
• Verify order details such as product availability, pricing, customer data, and shipping needs.
• Monitor order status and update records in the Order Management System.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Investigate and resolve routine order discrepancies, escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support inventory reconciliation, order verification, and operational accuracy.
• Assist in coordinating logistics and warehouse activities for seamless daily operations.
• Participate in cross-functional training across order processing, warehouse, and logistics.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related discipline.


• Prior experience in order processing, order fulfilment, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.


• Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS), SAP, or ERP systems is an advantage.
