Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled logistics professional to manage customer orders from forecasting to delivery and completion, ensuring accurate records and timely fulfilment.

You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, the Sales team and logistics partners, monitor inventory levels, oversee warehouse operations and support process improvements and projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics.
• SAP or ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from forecasting and procurement to delivery and completion.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, Sales team and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Oversee warehouse operations, stock checks and inventory accuracy.
• Follow up on slow-moving, damaged and obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with 3PL and logistics providers for warehousing, shipment and delivery.
• Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Check logistics invoices and maintain accurate records in SAP.
• Handle insurance declarations and claims.
• Support process improvements and operational projects.
