Job summary

Hegen is seeking a hands-on candidate to join our Supply Chain Management team in Singapore. The role combines responsibilities across two areas: Business Production Support (HBM personalisation, order processing, printing and quality checks) and Warehousing & Fulfilment (inbound/outbound activities, inventory, logistics coordination).

The position is a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion based on performance and business needs. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Warehouse/Logistics or related field preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on operational work experience is valued.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and reliable with strong follow-through.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience with printing is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including order processing and inventory management.

• Assist Hegen By Me (HBM) personalisation operations, including printing and quality checks.
• Ensure accurate stock records, reconciliations and system updates.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.
• Support additional supply chain projects as needed.

About the Role

Join Hegen’s Supply Chain Management team and gain hands‑on exposure across our end‑to‑end operations!

Depending on your experience, strengths and business requirements, you may be considered for one of two areas:

1. Business Production Support

Support Hegen By Me (HBM), our bespoke product personalisation service, where you will be involved in order processing, product customisation, printing, quality checks and fulfilment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

2. Warehousing & Fulfilment

Support our day‑to‑day warehouse and fulfilment operations, including inbound and outbound activities, inventory management, order processing and logistics coordination.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30am and Saturday, 10.30am to 2.30pm

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position based on individual performance, business needs and organisational requirements. Candidates who are available immediately or at short notice will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day‑to‑day supply chain operations, including order processing, inventory management, warehousing and fulfilment activities.

• Process and coordinate customer and retailer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment.

• Support Hegen By Me (HBM) personalisation operations, including product customisation, printing and quality checks where required.

• Perform inbound and outbound warehouse activities, including receiving, stock handling, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Maintain accurate inventory and operational records, including stock counts, reconciliation, invoicing and system updates.

• Work closely with internal teams, logistics partners and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Follow established standard operating procedures, quality and workplace safety requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, processes and ways of working.

• Support other Supply Chain Management activities and projects as required.

These responsibilities consolidate the operational scope across both existing positions, including HBM fulfilment and printing activities (Business Production Support) as well as warehouse operations, order processing and inventory control (Warehousing & Fulfilment).

Requirements:

• Educational background and working experience in Warehouse/Logistics, Printing, or related field is preferred.

• Candidates with limited experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Comfortable with hands‑on operational work and working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Meticulous and process‑oriented, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Responsible and dependable, with the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.

• A proactive team player who works well with different stakeholders.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and changing operational priorities effectively.

• Experience with UV/laser printing, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop would be advantageous for Business Production Support, but is not required as training will be provided.
