Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Officer to manage end-to-end supply chain activities from demand planning and procurement to inventory, logistics and customer order coordination in a precision engineering environment.

The role involves coordinating with customers and logistics providers, maintaining stock levels, creating MPS/MRP, handling POs and ensuring timely delivery. Overtime may be required on weekends when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 2 years in procurement, inventory, logistics or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Good Excel and inventory management knowledge.
• APICS/CPIM or CSCP/CIPS certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as key supply chain contact for customers, sales teams and external clients.
• Process, validate and track customer orders from entry to dispatch.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with customers and logistics providers to meet SLAs.
• Handle order changes, feedback, returns and fulfilment issues promptly.
• Develop MPS and MRP; monitor stock and reorder points.
• Issue and track POs; evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate terms.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate potential delays to customers.
