Job summary

You will improve purchasing and inventory control efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and ensure ERP integrity for supply chain functions. The role requires coordinating procurement with local and overseas vendors, maintaining compliance with local legislation, and regular stock and quality controls across logistics, culinary, and product

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Culinary or Food Science.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Good communication, negotiation skills and resourceful team player.
• Regional travelling is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and source materials, products, goods, and services; make recommendations.
• Improve purchasing and inventory control efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain integrity in ERP system pertaining to supply chain functions.
• Carry out procurement with local and overseas vendors.
• Ensure that all procurement processes comply with local legislation.
• Review forecast and usage projection to maintain safety stock without overstock.
• Coordinate with 3PL vendor for warehouse and logistics services.
• Conduct regular stock takes to ensure stock accuracy.
• Review and update quality control measures to adhere to standards.
• Conduct regular audits at outlets for improvement.
• Arrange laboratory testing based on plan and ad-hoc basis.
• Follow-up on quality and service feedback.
• Work with different stakeholders for new menu and ingredients development.
• Provide insight and feedback on culinary trend and ingredients availability for menu development.
• Review menu and ingredients for cost and quality improvement.
• Work with Operations and Culinary to review and update quality control measures to ensure that the quality and safety standard is adhered.
• Conduct regular audit at outlets for improvement.
• Arrange laboratory testing based on plan and ad-hoc basis.
• Follow-up on quality and service feedback.
• Prepare and update timely report on supply chain functions for management review.
