Job summary

RRecruiter is recruiting a Supply Chain Management Executive in Senoko (North Region). The role leads purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and transportation to ensure on-time customer delivery, while overseeing 3PL operations, vendors, and VMI contracts.

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, procurement or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years in purchasing/logistics within manufacturing.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards (ISO 9000, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• ERP experience with MCFrame; Kaizen implementation is a plus.

• Lead end-to-end purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and transport to ensure timely delivery.

Overview:

• Job title: Supply Chain Management Executive

• Company Profile: Japanese manufacturing MNC

• Location: Senoko (North Region)

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Operations: Lead purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation functions to ensure timely customer delivery.

• 3PL & Vendor Oversight: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, suppliers, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) contracts.

• Supply Planning: Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) fulfillment and stock replenishment processes.

• Quality & Audits: Handle customer audits and operational complaints concerning purchasing and logistics.

• Continuous Improvement: Initiate Kaizen programs to enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and process quality while coordinating facility/equipment maintenance.
  

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or equivalent.
• Experience: Min. 3 years in purchasing/logistics within a manufacturing setting; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills/Knowledge:
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards (ISO 9000, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., MCframe) & Kaizen implementation is a plus.
