Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Lead to oversee procurement, warehousing and transport, ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

You will direct a team, handle audits and complaints, manage contracts, and drive improvements in quality, productivity and cost efficiency within a manufacturing setting. The role requires a degree in Purchasing/Logistics or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in purchasing/logistics, with preferred knowledge of

Qualifications

• Degree in Purchasing/ Logistics/ Materials Management/ Procurement/ Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing and/or logistics function in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO45001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, directing and controlling of purchasing, warehousing & transportation.
• Lead a team in handling daily purchasing operation to ensure customer delivery schedules.
• Responsible for customer audit and complaint relating to purchasing operation.
• Oversee fulfillment, stock replenishment, purchasing, order management, and contract.
• Implement programs to improve quality, productivity, cost effectiveness and process improvements.
