Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a proactive Supply Chain Management Executive to oversee purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations from Sembawang.

You will manage MRP, vendor contracts, and lead a small team to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires a degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience; ISO standards knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management or related field.
• 1+ year of purchasing/logistics experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (MCframe) and Kaizen practices are a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage purchasing, warehousing, and transportation functions.
• Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely customer deliveries.
• Oversee MRP fulfilment, stock replenishment, procurement, and order management.
• Manage supplier contracts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.
• Supervise third-party logistics providers and warehouse operations.
• Handle customer audits and resolve logistics or purchasing-related complaints.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
