Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable RDC Customer Service & Logistics professional for our Suntec-based team. The role focuses on releasing orders, coordinating with 3PLs, and ensuring accurate export documentation to support distributors and markets.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in customer service or logistics, with hands-on experience in export docs, COA, and ERP systems, including SAP or M3. This is a 1-year contract with potential extension in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination.
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, COA, and shipment/invoicing processes.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems (e.g. SAP, M3).

Responsibilities

• Release orders to RDC system and coordinate with 3PL for shipments.
• Check and consolidate orders to ensure fulfillment.
• Prepare export documents and COA for shipments.
• Coordinate with 3PL and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track inbound shipments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support cross-functional teams including Supply Planning and Customer Service.
