Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Supply Chain Executive, RDC in Suntec, Singapore. You will release orders to RDC and 3PL for global logistics, manage samples, and support export documentation.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or logistics, experience with export docs and COA, and ERP familiarity (SAP, M3). Proficient Excel skills and strong coordination with Supply Planning and Freight forwarders are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer service, order management, or logistics coordination
• Hands-on experience with export documentation, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and shipment/invoicing processes
• Prior exposure to ERP/order management systems (e.g. SAP, M3, or similar)
• Experience liaising with 3PL providers and freight forwarders to coordinate on-time shipments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accuracy under time pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
• Good communication and coordination skills to work across Supply Planning, Customer Service, and external logistics partners
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or regulated industries is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Releasing orders to RDC for SG and exports to distributor markets
• Manage samples request process
• Releasing orders to 3PL for Global Logistics/Shipping, tenders and samples conversion
• Distributor Market export documentation
• Others as may be assigned
• Check customer orders align with allocated supply
• Release customer orders into RDC system
• Update and consolidate shipped orders to ensure fulfillment
• Issue invoice and attach COA for export shipments
• Coordinate with 3PL and freight forwarder to ensure on-time shipment
• Ensure all export documents are complete before filing
• Track inbound shipments and maintain documentation accuracy
• Others as may be assigned
