Ideal candidates bring senior leadership experience in infrastructure procurement, deep GPU and AI hardware familiarity, and a track record of cost optimization aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in supply chain or procurement for infrastructure environments.
• Proven end-to-end infrastructure procurement experience including GPU infrastructure, AI hardware, servers, networking, storage.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

About The Role

Nava is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Leader to manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations supporting large-scale data centre and GPU infrastructure operations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for data centre and GPU infrastructure requirements
• Manage procurement, sourcing, vendor negotiations, and supplier relationships
• Ensure timely availability of critical infrastructure components including:
• GPU servers and accelerators
• AI infrastructure hardware
• Servers
• Networking equipment
• Storage systems
• Racks
• Power systems
• Cooling systems
• Structured cabling
• Spare parts and operational inventory
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support large-scale infrastructure and GPU deployments
• Manage GPU allocation planning, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and capacity requirements
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring operational reliability
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure, engineering, operations, finance, and vendor teams
• Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, lead times, and risk management
• Build contingency and risk mitigation plans for critical infrastructure and GPU supply dependencies
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and operational standards
• Lead logistics and import/export coordination for infrastructure and GPU equipment
• Build scalable processes and dashboards for procurement and supply chain visibility

QualificationsRequired Qualifications (Must Have)

• Senior-level (Senior Manager / Head / Director) experience with strong leadership exposure in supply chain or procurement for infrastructure environments
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end infrastructure procurement for large-scale deployments including:
• GPU infrastructure
• AI hardware
• Servers
• Networking
• Storage
• Racks
• Power/cooling
• Cabling
• Proven experience managing GPU vendor ecosystems including NVIDIA OEM partners, hyperscaler vendors, or AI infrastructure suppliers
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and vendor performance management for high-value infrastructure hardware
• Hands-on experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, logistics, import/export, and warehousing - APAC/Singapore experience preferred
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities to drive cost optimisation, SLAs, KPIs, and risk mitigation
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) in a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, PMP, or other supply chain/procurement certifications
• Experience at hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies, colocation providers, telecom, semiconductor, or large enterprise infrastructure organizations
• Prior responsibility for APAC or Singapore-based infrastructure and GPU supply chains
• Experience working with global OEMs, GPU vendors, hardware vendors, and third-party logistics partners
• Familiarity with procurement and ERP/SRM systems, analytics tools, and procurement dashboards
• Experience with customs, import/export regulations, and vendor financing arrangements

Preferred Background

• Experience working in hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies, telecom, cloud infrastructure, semiconductor, or enterprise infrastructure organizations
• Prior experience managing APAC or Singapore-based infrastructure and GPU supply chains
• Experience working with global OEMs, NVIDIA ecosystem partners, hardware vendors, and logistics partners
• Strong understanding of Singapore procurement and logistics ecosystem
