Job summary

Dada Consultants is seeking an experienced Hardware Procurement professional to support rapid AI infrastructure expansion. You will source GPUs, GPU servers, and data center hardware, enabling self-built and leased data centers globally.

You will collaborate with top vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable supply, favorable terms, and timely delivery of critical hardware resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware, server, data center, or technology procurement.
• Hands-on experience procuring GPUs, servers, or data center hardware is highly preferred.
• Strong supplier networks within GPU/server ecosystem are advantageous.
• Experience with OEMs/ODMs/semiconductor vendors or data center infra providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of GPUs, servers, and data center hardware.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers including NVIDIA, NCPs, GPU server manufacturers, and other vendors.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and procurement execution.
• Support hardware planning and delivery for data center expansion.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to align procurement with capacity needs.
• Monitor supply, pricing, lead times, and market availability to manage risks and opportunities.
• Continuously improve procurement processes and supplier performance.

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Hardware Procurement Candidate to support the rapid expansion of the AI computing infrastructure. This role will be responsible for sourcing and procuring critical hardware including GPUs, GPU servers, and data center equipment, supporting both self-built and leased data center environments across globally.

You will work closely with leading technology vendors and internal infrastructure teams to ensure reliable supply, competitive commercial terms, and timely delivery of hardware resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of GPUs, servers, and data center hardware.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including NVIDIA, NCPs, GPU server manufacturers, and other hardware vendors.
• Lead supplier sourcing, commercial negotiation, contract management, and procurement execution.
• Support hardware planning and delivery for data center expansion
• Work closely with infrastructure and technical teams to align procurement plans with capacity and deployment requirements.
• Monitor hardware supply, pricing, lead times, and market availability to identify supply risks and sourcing opportunities.
• Continuously improve procurement processes, supplier performance, and overall cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware, server, data center, or technology procurement.
• Hands-on experience procuring GPU servers, enterprise servers, or data center hardware is highly preferred.
• Strong network and supplier relationships within the GPU/server ecosystem would be a significant advantage.
• Experience working with major OEMs, ODMs, semiconductor vendors, or data center infrastructure providers.
• Strong commercial negotiation, vendor management, and cost management capabilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
