Job summary

FedEx Express is launching a 12-month ACE Graduate Trainee Program in Singapore to nurture high-potential graduates into future operations leaders. The program offers structured rotations across key business functions, regional projects, and direct mentorship from the Operations Managing Director.

The intake is in October/November at 90 ALPS Avenue, with opportunities for international exposure, cross-border collaboration, and potential conversion to a permanent role upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.20 or equivalent academic achievement.
• Less than two years of working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Active involvement in extracurricular or leadership activities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Effective teamwork across diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, analyzing, and implementing innovative business and supply chain solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, visibility, and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to identify improvement opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to management while actively engaging in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development activities.
