Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to drive end-to-end supply chain initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role focuses on change management, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery to ensure readiness and adoption across the organisation.

You will lead investigations into non-conformances, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support regulatory compliance through robust documentation and CAPA actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, supply chain or regulated environments.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder communication and training delivery.
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements, documentation practices and quality systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Able to collaborate across multiple departments and organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain initiatives and projects with key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous operational improvement and support process optimisation.
• Manage change through established systems and workflows for continuity.
• Assess change impacts and organisational readiness for initiatives.
• Develop communication, training and change plans to support adoption.
• Coordinate governance meetings and training programmes with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with business process owners to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Lead investigations of supply chain non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain supply chain documentation to support regulatory requirements and audits.
