Job summary

Vanguard Recruitment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our flagship warehouse operations at the Tuas campus. You will build scalable inventory systems for ecommerce, 3PL, and fulfilment and drive real-time WMS visibility with marketplace integrations across Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.

The role requires hands-on WMS experience, a track record of 99%+ inventory accuracy, and leadership of a 5+ staff team. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and on-site work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse/inventory management or logistics operations.
• Hands-on WMS experience (receiving, putaway, cycle counts, adjustments).
• Proven track record maintaining 99%+ inventory accuracy.
• Experience leading warehouse teams (5+ staff).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor (Tuas location).

Responsibilities

• Build inventory systems that scale across ecommerce, 3PL, and fulfilment.
• Provide real-time WMS visibility and marketplace integrations (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
• Train teams, enforce SOPs, and work side-by-side with warehouse staff.
• Identify discrepancies, root causes, and redesign workflows to improve processes.
