Job summary

Manfield Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to oversee purchasing, warehousing and logistics activities in a Singapore-based operation. You will be responsible for material planning, MRP, inventory control and timely deliveries, leading the operations team and coordinating with 3PL partners.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, warehouse and logistics operations
• Oversee material planning, MRP, inventory and stock replenishment
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse and logistics partners
• Monitor orders and ensure timely customer delivery
• Lead and supervise the operations team
