• Professional Certificate/NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Forklift license and Reach Truck training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the entire supply chain process, from inbound to outbound.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Liaise with transport team to arrange transportation for goods.
• Perform warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and transactions, including shipping invoices.
• Monitor logistics expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings through efficiency improvements.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze logistical data to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and generate reports for management to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as service delivery, account management and IT to coordinate logistics activities.
