Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the main contact for customer orders, monitor schedules, and coordinate with production and planning teams. You will drive on-time delivery and support process improvements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in SCM or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong Excel and SAP/MRP familiarity to optimise performance.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, customer service, order management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP or MRP systems is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main contact for assigned customers on orders, delivery schedules, and supply matters.
• Monitor customer orders and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve supply or delivery issues promptly.
• Track supply chain performance and support root cause analysis when issues arise.
• Analyse planning and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
