Job summary

EMK TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage day-to-day customer service and procurement, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries.

You will oversee the full supply chain from procurement to distribution, aligning with sales and production plans. You will forecast demand with cross-functional teams, develop production schedules, optimize inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Preferably with experience in Chemical Distribution/ Semiconductor industries.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to converse with overseas Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
• Hands-on experience with SAP/Navision; strong Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day customer service and procurement management.
• Demand planning alongside sales/marketing to forecast demand.
• Production planning with Operations to align schedules.
• Inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and turnover.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Build and maintain supplier/customer relationships and manage licensing for import/export.
