Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage assigned commodities, including consumables, MRO items, spare parts, and project-related procurement.
• Issue Purchase Orders and diligently follow up on deliveries, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining confidentiality.
• Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the supplier relationship management process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expedite tasks and achieve timely completion.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Work with other departments to ensure sourcing and procurement meet business needs.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and risks and develop mitigation strategies.

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor contract manufacturing industry and will be able to effectively manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials and components for our projects.

Key responsibilities
