Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Procurement Executive (Semiconductor) to source, evaluate suppliers and manage orders, ensuring on-time delivery and ISO compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, monitor inventory, coordinate shipments, and negotiate terms with local and overseas vendors. Diploma or degree preferred; immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or vendor management.
• Semiconductor, engineering, construction, M&E or manufacturing exposure is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control, international procurement and logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and purchasing terms, issue purchase orders.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve supplier or order issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment.
• Coordinate local and international shipments and import/export docs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on procurement needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure ISO compliance.

Procurement Executive (Semiconductor)

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 (Based on Experience)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers

• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and purchasing terms, and issue purchase orders

• Follow up on orders and deliveries to ensure materials arrive on schedule

• Manage vendor relationships and resolve supplier, quality, or order-related issues

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment

• Coordinate local and international shipments and import/export documentation

• Work closely with internal departments on material and procurement requirements

• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company and ISO procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or vendor management

• Experience in Semiconductor, Engineering, Construction, M&E, or Manufacturing industries is an advantage

• Knowledge of inventory control, international procurement, and logistics is preferred

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is an advantage

• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination skills

• Able to manage multiple suppliers and purchasing requirements effectively

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
