Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, global shipping, or supply chain operations.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Incoterm and their impact on risk, cost, and logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (e.g. PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data visualisation)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• A team player who can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and shipping agents to coordinate schedules and resolve routine shipment discrepancies.
• Maintain and update procurement contracts and shipping databases to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor weekly inventory reports to flag potential stock-outs or overstock, proposing immediate corrective actions to the Management.
• Handle complex shipping and customs documentation independently, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Assist in gathering procurement data for new product launches, coordinating timelines between suppliers and the QA team.
