Job summary

HUMANIZE LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking Supply Chain Coordinators in Singapore to support warehouse operations.

You will handle stock receipt, inventory checks, and orderly storage while ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with clients and suppliers. The role includes coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, data entry, and ad hoc tasks, with a preference for candidates who are reliable, team oriented, and proficient in Outlook/Excel.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge including Outlook and Excel.
• Must be team oriented and service driven.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing stock as it is received.
• Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring safe storage.
• Dispatching and loading goods for delivery.
• Processing both in and out transactions into the warehouse.
• Coordinating all in/out shipments with clients/suppliers.
• Warehouse inventory management with current system.
• Answering emails and system entry.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
• Corresponding with import & export shipments via airfreight & courier.

Job Scope

1. Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing stock as it is received.
2. Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored.
3. Dispatching and loading goods out of the warehouse for delivery.
4. Processing both in and out transactions into the warehouse.
5. Coordination of all in/out shipments with the relevant clients/suppliers
6. Warehouse Inventory Management with our current system
7. Answering all necessary emails and system entry.
8. Perform Ad Hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
9. Corresponding with import & export shipments via airfreight & courier.

Requirements
